As Chief Executive Officer, Alyce is a seasoned infrastructure and engineering professional with over 17 years in construction. A recovering in-house marketer for design and construction companies, she understands the best approach to meshing technical minds and creatives so they are speaking the same language. She has experience in construction field management, pre-construction and estimating, safety, proposals and business development. In 2017 she attended SMU for a creative writing program – just for fun. But through this program she found a passion for making complex things easier to understand with creative graphics and words. That’s when the idea for Wonderstruct sparked. She spends most of her time training the team on best practices in the construction industry, supporting client relationships and networking.

When she isn’t running Wonderstruct, Alyce loves being around silly people and good food. She has a knack for creative writing, yoga, water sports and skiing in the mountains. Her personal passions and philosophies translate into Wonderstruct’s interest in planet and people-first business practices.

Donna Wynn is the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Co-Founder of Wonderstruct. She is committed to the development and overall satisfaction of our people, and makes sure they understand how to perform high-quality work. She also manages projects, client relationships, and HR, all while supporting operations and business development. One of Donna’s chief roles on project work is quality control—her *mild* addiction to detail ensures that deliverables leave our desks with an extra sparkle. While Alyce brought infrastructure industry knowledge, Donna knew the many facets of running a marketing agency and motivating its people.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys time with her husband and daughter, golf, sketch comedy, and karaoke at a good dive bar. With a combined love for humor and experience helping marginalized Americans in AmeriCorps after college, Donna’s passion for mental health has been a huge influence on Wonderstruct’s people-first policies and business practices.

Carrie is our highly organized and experienced Proposal Manager. With years at two of the largest architecture firms in the country, she infuses her best practices and tools into our own. In her time with Wonderstruct, she’s implemented one of our most impressive proposal management tools that has streamlined our time to draft a proposal while enhancing quality in the information presented. As evident in her beautiful color-coordinated bookshelf backdrop in meetings, her attention to detail is impressive (she and Donna are neck and neck in this category). Spelling errors and misalignments do NOT get past Carrie.

When she isn’t keeping all of us in line and creating winning proposals, she is pumping other people up as a fitness instructor. You will likely witness those encouraging moments of “you can do it.” She and her husband love to travel, but also love time at home with their two big fur babies.

Matt Peterson brings over 17 years of in-house corporate experience in creative marketing and design. As the company’s Principal Designer, Matt is engaged in our most complex design projects and branding efforts with our largest clients. He’s consistently reliable, quick, and available to get a big, daunting task across the finish line. As a seasoned designer, he serves as a mentor for the design team and the final green light on all design deliverables.

Outside work, Matt is an endurance sports enthusiast, a runner, and recently completed his first Boston Marathon. His passion for sports translates into his incredible work ethic and philosophy. Regularly requested by clients and team members alike for tough projects, we know Matt as sharp, kind, and a 100% true team player. (Just don’t challenge him to a race.)

Eli Trent came to Wonderstruct after freelancing with the team and proving essential to our design group. Building from his degree in information technology, Eli’s capabilities and excellent communication skills made him a natural fit as a full-time designer. While he dabbles in all aspects of design, his core competencies include market research, stakeholder interviews, customer journey mapping, sitemaps and wireframes, and building out website designs. His communication skills and spark for clever ideas make him a favorite in client collaboration.

Outside of Wonderstruct, he is passionate about creativity of all kinds. His interests include art, cinema, music, and travel, and he regularly attends music festivals around the country. While he technically lives in Phoenix, you may run into him anywhere in the country. His love for picking up and going places makes him a favorite for clients who appreciate in-person meetings.

Tim is Wonderstruct’s trusted user experience (UX) partner and key leader in designing client websites. Owner of the infamous Tim Norton LLC, he also works as a part-time team member to fill in design and management gaps when team members take leave. He spent 10+ years working with software design teams at Fortune 500 companies and agencies, building his name among the design community to eventually start his own contract work. In addition to web and digital design, his graphic design degree makes him an asset for any aspect of design support. Though influenced by 60’s artists and mid-century modern aesthetics, he is a champion for the client and their brand standards and has a clean design approach to business brands. His designs are easy to navigate and understand.

Outside of work he is a passionate skier and enjoys time with friends. With a knack for humor as a promising stand-up comedian, you can also find him around Denver being a very silly man.
